as well as test location and application form for test. (Good source of testing info. You should read it.)
Licensing Fee: $88 payable to State of Michigan - Real Estate with license application
We will provide information so you can work upon passing the Michigan licensing exam by joining your
broker through *iCOLA.gov.if you already know what broker you will be joining.
*What is iCOLA? Go to Michigan.gov/realestatelicense and discover how to apply for a license paperlessly.
If you register through iCOLA, your pocket card to allow you to work will provided to you when you pass the exam.
